I was glad to hold with my colleages a meeting of the Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association on Tax and Customs Law.

We talked about:

- the intricacies and expectations of the Bill No. 2524 as to mitigating the provisions of the Act No. 466;

- the reserve Bill No. 3750, which is also aimed at mitigating the provisions of Law No. 466;

- the case law of the Supreme Court of 2020 as regards challenging orders on appointing tax audits and notices of tax assessment.

I was pleased to hold a webinar on the case law of the Supreme Court in tax disputes for the students of the tax course of the Business Consulting Academy. This time model (exemplary) cases and cases considered/to be soon considered by the Grand Chamber were dealt with.
